For returns or exchanges at Naava, we provide two options:
1)Exchange: For a different size of the same product or a new piece. To initiate an exchange, write to customersupport@shopnaava.in within 7 days of receiving your order, attach your order confirmation or bill copy, and provide the reason for exchange. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with details for pickup. You'll receive the exchanged product within 5-8 days from the pickup date.
2) Refund through in-store credit: We provide refund through in-store credit equivalent to the order value valid on all collections for a period of 1 year. To initiate a return, email customersupport@shopnaava.in within 7 days, attach order details and Naava will provide return shipping details within 24 hours. The store credit will go live upon successful pick up of the return item.customersupport@shopnaava.in.
