Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return. You will be provided with 2 options for upon initiating your return request as listed below:

1) ExchangeThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

2) Refund through In-Store Credit - You will receive a refund in the form of online store credit equivalent to the value of the article eligible for return. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Credit Refund Process

Follow 3 easy steps to initiate your credit Refund:

1) Within 7 days of ordering the product please write to us at customersupport@shopnaava.in. Ensure to attach your order confirmation number/bill copy.

2) You will hear back from us within 24 hours of raising your request with the tracking details for the return.

3) You shall receive store credit in the form of an exclusive code within 5-7 days from the date of return initiation. The code can be applied during checkout on your next purchase and will be valid up to 1 year from the date of issue.

 

Exchange Process

Follow 3 easy steps to initiate your exchange:

1) Within 7 days of ordering the product please write to us at customersupport@shopnaava.in. Ensure to attach your order confirmation number/bill copy and reason for exchange.

2) You will hear back from us within 24 hours of raising your request with the tracking details for the pick up of the item.

3) Within 5-8 days from the date of pick up you shall receive your exchanged product.

*Please note that exchange is only possible on the same product with a different size.

 

DISCLAIMER : Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any of the above criteria is not met the article will NOT be eligible for return.
