Our support team will respond within 24 hours with details for pickup. You'll receive the exchanged product within 5-8 days from the pickup date.
2) Refund through in-store credit: We provide refund through in-store credit equivalent to the order value valid on all collections for a period of 1 year. To initiate a return, email customersupport@shopnaava.in within 7 days, attach order details and Naava will provide return shipping details within 24 hours.
