Easy Steps to use your E-Gift Card:
1) Upon purchasing the gift card through any of our Prepaid options you will receive the confirmation of purchase and the code to use the gift card - on the registered email ID. Please ensure registered email ID is correct.
2) Apply the unique code at checkout under the <apply coupon code> section to avail the E-gift card

4. Returns & Exchange
For returns or exchanges at Naava, we provide two options:
1)Exchange: For a different size of the same product or a new piece. To initiate an exchange, write to customersupport@shopnaava.in within 10 days of ordering, attach your order confirmation or bill copy, and provide the reason for exchange. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with details for pickup. You'll receive the exchanged product within 5-8 days from the pickup date.
2) Refund through in-store credit: We provide refund through in-store credit equivalent to the order value valid on all collections for a period of 1 year. To initiate a return, email customersupport@shopnaava.in within 7 days, attach order details and Naava will provide return shipping details within 24 hours. The store credit will go live upon successful pick up of the return item.customersupport@shopnaava.in.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUND AS PER POLICY.

Our shipping timeline is 3-8 business days depending on your delivery location for all domestic orders. Please note there might be delays for shipping on account of National Holidays.
